    KAJIAN “SEWAGE SYSTEM” PADA HOTEL CITRA DAGEN YOGYAKARTA

    Hotel Citra Dagen Yogyakarta yang terletak di daerah obyek wisata Malioboro dan pemukiman padat, tentunya harus menggunakan system pembuangan air limbah yang memenuhi syarat dari kebutuhan hotel. Evaluasi sewage system pada bangunan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem apa yang digunakan pada pembuangan air limbah hotel, besaran komponen dan kapasitas pada bagian perlengkapan sanitair. Analisis sewage system ini mempunyai beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data berupa data gambar, dan interview lapangan. Analisis ini berdasarkan standar perencanaan yang terkait pada limbah sistem. Hasil analisis sistem pembuangan diperoleh sistem pembuangan air limbah menggunakan sistem instalasi pengolahan dua pipa. Hasil analisis untuk pipa tegak limbah air kotor diperoleh hasil pipa terbesar 2” pada kebutuhan 720 liter/menit, dan pipa tegak pada lapangan 4” untuk kebutuhan 15000 liter/menit. Jadi untuk pipa tegak air kotor yang digunakan sudah aman dan memenuhi kebutuhan. Pada hasil analisis pipa tegak air limbah diperoleh hasil pipa terbesar 2½” pada kebutuhan 990 liter/menit, dan pipa tegak air limbah pada lapangan digunakan 3” untuk kebutuhan 1800 liter/menit. Jadi untuk pipa tegak air limbah yang digunakan sudah aman dan memenuhi kebutuhan. Pada, hasil analisis pipa drainase tegak, pipa terbesar diperoleh 4” untuk kebutuhan 15000 liter/menit. Sedangkan pada pipa di lapangan di gunakan pipa 4” untuk kebutuhn 15000 liter/menit. Jadi untuk kebutuhan pipa tegak drainase sudah aman dan memenuhi kebutuhan. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan, menunjukkan bahwa pipa tegak limbah air kotor, pipa tegak limbah air bekas, dan pipa drainase tegak pada Hotel Citra Dagen Yogyakarta sudah memenuhi kebutuhan dalam daya buang air limbah yang terjadi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna vehicle, makna tenor dan dasar persamaan antara keduanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teori Alan Cruse dalam bukunya yang berjudul Meaning in Language tahun 2000. Identifikasi data dilakukan menggunakan metode MIP (Metaphor Identification Procedure). Data yang teridentifikasi sebagai metafora dikategorisasikan menurut kelas katabahasa Jepang dan dibagi berdasarkan penggunaannya terhadap topik pembicaraan dalam kalimat. Data tersebut dianalisis dalam bentuk vehicle, tenor dan ground dengan menambahkan penjelasan tentang konteks situasinya.     Source Rock Quality and 1D Maturity Model in Pendalian Sub-basin, Central Sumatra Basin

    Pematang Formation is well known as the main source rock in the Central Sumatra Basin (Mazied et al., 2008). The formation which acts as source rock has been studied thoroughly in the central and eastern parts of the basin, but research regarding source rock in the western part of the basin, which is the study area, is very limited. This paper aims to define the quality of source rock from a geochemical view through the determination of organic content quantity based on the Total Organic Carbon (TOC) data, determining the type of kerogen, and thermal maturity of the source rock according to the values of Tmax and Vitrinite Reflectance (%Ro). Burial history and thermal maturity models (1D basin modeling) were also constructed to understand the timing of hydrocarbon generation. The results show that Pematang Formation among Sihapas and Telisa Formation has good organic content with TOC ranging from 0.2 to 42.48 wt%, and the maturity parameters indicate that the Pematang Formation has reached the mature stage. Both formations are dominated by Type II kerogen. 1D modeling of the SHT-1 Well indicates that the Pematang Formation is currently in the oil maturity window starting from early oil to main oil at 20.61 Ma, but the model of the SMB-1 Well has not reached the oil maturity window. Tectonic activity is estimated to have a significant effect on this difference when the uplift activity of Bukit Barisan in the Middle Miocene increased the maturity in the northwest, but the inversion that occurred in the Late Miocene resulted in uplift and erosion of young sediments, thus lowering the temperature in some area

This was also done in the Kutai basin on the eastern island of Kalimantan using a quantitative correlation between geophysical logs and rock core data and qualitative analysis by analyzing geochemical data derived from the host rock. To determine the characteristics of the hydrocarbon source rock in the three test wells, three types were analyzed, namely organic material richness, organic material type, and maturity level. For the Maau-1, Wahau-1, and Tengkawang-1 test wells, the organic material content has an excellent type to become source rock. The three wells are of medium-special hydrocarbon potential in organic material, making them very likely to produce oil and gas. As for the nature of the material content, the three wells have a mature level of the source rock, making them very potential as the  very good source rock.     PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGHITUNG PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN PECAHAN MELALUI MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE COURSE REVIEW HORAY

    Abstract: The purpose of this research was to improve addition and substraction of fraction counting ability by cooperative model type Course Review Horay. This research used the classroom action research method with two cycle. Each cycle consisted of four phase, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Palar many as 19 students. The data collecting technique are test, observation, indepth interview, and documentation. The data were validited by using the data gathering source triangulations and technique triangulations. They were then analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis comprising three components, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that prior to the treatment, the class average score on addition and substraction of fraction counting ability is 55.31 with the minimum learning completeness of 36.84%. Following the treatment, the class average scores become 77.55 with the minimum learning completeness of 73.68% in Cycle I, and 82.26 with the minimum learning completeness of 89.47% in Cycle II respectively. Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that the result of implementation cooperative model type Course Review Horay can improve the addition and substraction of fraction counting ability of the students in fourth grade of SD Negeri 2 Palar, Klaten in academic year 2014/2015. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan melalui model kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Palar, Klaten tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Palar yang berjumlah 19 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Uji validitas penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang mempunyai tiga komponen, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian dokumen, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukka bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas tes kemampuan menghitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan pada pra siklus 55,31 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 36,84%. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata kelas tes kemampuan menghitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan meningkat menjadi 77,55 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 73,68%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata kelas tes kemampuan menghitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan meningkat lagi menjadi 82,26 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 89,47%. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil penerapan model kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Palar, Klaten tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Kata kunci: Kemampuan menghitung pecahan, Course Review Hora

    The need for oil and gas is increasing. This increases exploration and exploitation activities in oil and gas through production by searching for new reserves or developing old fields. This research was conducted in western Sulawesi, Lariang Basin in the Kalumpang Formation, Budung-Budung Formation, Lisu Formation and Pasang Kayu Formation, which is dominated by massive sedimentary basins. This research was conducted with quantitative and qualitative analyses of geophysical log data with rock data and correlation between geochemical data and data from source rocks. Source rock characterization was carried out by analyzing organic material content, organic material type and maturity level. The three test wells were analyzed so that it can be interpreted that the organic material content does not have good potential as a source rock with the type of organic material in the medium category that produces gas but is not effective, so the maturity level is obtained immature which does not have good potential as an effective source rock but can produce oil and gas in small quantities

    Conceptual Framework for Assessing Sustainability of Swamp Buffalo Production Systems

    Swamp Buffalo farming plays an important role in farmers' livelihood and in satisfying red meat demand in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The extensive (wetland) swamp buffalo production system (SPS) and the extensive and semi-intensive dryland system (DPS) are two production systems. The production systems have high complexity and require the integrated sustainability assessment approach to measure the contribution level of sustainability indicators. This study aimed to demonstrate the conceptual framework for analyzing the sustainability of buffalo production systems in South Kalimantan. The buffalo production systems in South Kalimantan were analyzed using the comprehensive assessment framework from September-December 2021. A literature review and discussion with experts, followed by a focus group discussion to perform a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis was conducted. The complex problem identifies and defines the relevant Economic, Ecological, and Societal (EES) issues, and inclusive identification and analysis of relevant stakeholders were described. Issues identified during the process were translated into relevant indicators in the EES sustainability dimensions then indicators possible for EES issues were proposed. Situation analysis in this study described and identified swamp buffalo in South Kalimantan, which is currently experiencing a population decline. The gross margin and growth and reproduction performances of the buffaloes were selected for economic benefit in both systems. Total land use and soil fertility were the possible indicators in the dimension of environment relevant for DPS, while swamp sedimentation and water pollution were considered important environmental indicators in SPS. Feed availability was measured in both systems. Social dimension indicators in both systems were focused on keeping management, the function of buffalo for livelihood, time allocation to keep buffalo, characteristics of livelihood, and possible land use conflicts

    Body Size of Aceh Cattle in Smallholder Farm Level and in Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Indrapuri Aceh

    The study aimed to identify the body size differences of Aceh Cattle maintained in smallholder farm level and Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BPTU HPT)  Indrapuri  Aceh.  The research  was  conducted  in  North Aceh  Regency  for  smallholder  farm  level  and  at  BPTU  HPT Indrapuri from December 2016 until January 2017. Data were collected  by  measurements  of  70  head  Aceh  Cattle,  35  head from  the  smallholder  farmers  and  35  head  from  BPTU HPT Indrapuri  respectively.  Aceh  cattle  were  categorized  by  age and sex as young male and female (aged 1.5 until 3 years) and adult male and female (aged above 3 years). The data of body size are body length, chest girth, and shoulder height, the data were analyzed  using  a  T-test.  The  results  showed  that  young male  Aceh  Cattle  maintained  in  the  BPTU  HPT  Indrapuri Aceh was significantly (P<0.05) having higher shoulder height (101.95±2.08  vs  92.76±5.11  cm)  and  higher  chest  girth (124.60±5.48  vs  115.40±6.93  cm),  whereas,  in  females,  the shoulder  height  was  also  significantly  higher  (P<0.05).  On adult Aceh Cattle, female Aceh Cattle that were maintained on smallholder farms was significantly (P<0.05) had a longer body size (107.41±3.82 vs 100.50±1.31 cm), but lower shoulder height (95.28±4.26  vs  101.33±2.79  cm)  compared  to  Aceh  Cattle  in BPTU HPT Indrapuri Aceh. It was concluded that Aceh cattle maintained in BPTU HPT Indrapuri Aceh had better body size than  those  maintained  on  smallholder  farms,  especially  in young males and female

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkah laku seksual pejantan dan induk sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) yang dipelihara secara koloni terbatas. 1 ekor pejantan dan 4 ekor induk sapi PO dipelihara secara berkoloni terbatas (diumbar bersama selama 1 jam, selanjutnya dikandangkan secara individu). Pengamatan tingkah laku seksual dilakukan secara langsung pada pejantan yaitu oro-nasal contact, flehmen, mounts orientation response, dan service. Tingkah laku seksual induk meliputi mounting, stand to be mounted dan karakteristik vulva. Pengamatan tingkah laku seksual pejantan dilakukan pada seluruh fase siklus estrus induk, pada induk hanya pada fase estrus.
